Delivery Policy

We ship to all Australian states. We do not ship to foreign countries.

Postage and handling are charged additionally on all products. Normal shipping is by Australia Post. For shipping of large or delicate items we may choose to ship via other methods such a furniture revivalist. If this is required this will be noted in the product description and a precise quote will be given before the payment transaction is authorised.

All payment transactions are authorised at the time of shipping (rather then the time of checkout of the online store). This allows us to confirm the price of specialised shipping requirements for individual products.

For expected delivery times, please refer to the individual product descriptions. We do except responsibility for delayed or damaged products due to the fault of the delivery person or company.

The utmost care is taken in packaging and in the selecting the best method of shipping for individual products. We recommend customers insure products with a value greater then $500 in the event of damage or loss during shipping. Please ask at checkout for assistance, we are more then happy to assist with standard rates.
