Refund policy

We only refund or exchange in compliance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Regulation.

We do not refund on change of mind. Please note some products are hand crafted from materials, which may vary in colour, texture or consistency from that of the products photographed. We do our best to ensure that all products shipped are of equal aesthetic value. Products for which these variations may occur are noted in the product description.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Products must be returned to our store at 390 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy Victoria 3065 at the customers cost.

No refund will be given any shipping costs. For items over $500 a restocking fee

An original sales receipt must be presented for refund or exchange to take place. We do not provide refunds on custom items or orders.
